Online Marketing Solution: How to Give Your Prospects Solutions and Not Problems

Some people get away from the core concepts of network marketing. It's marketing whether you do it face-to-face or online. If you're talking to someone in person, you're asking them questions to see if there's a need that you can fill.

If you're doing online marketing, then you're finding ways to reach out to people who are likely to have a problem they want a solution to.

All in all, good marketing is tapping into needs that already exist. I'm sure you've heard that before. You want to also focus on helping people buy things that they want, not sell them on things they don't.

People don't want a business just to have a business. They want a home business to give them solutions to their problems. If you're in network marketing then you are in the solutions business.

Providing your potential prospects with a product or service is only giving them half the solution to their problem. They need to know how to market whatever it is you're selling them-whether a business opportunity or a product.

Some people like marketing solely to their warm market, whereas other people don't have a warm market to market to. This is important to know when you start recruiting for your business.

You see, no one marketing tactic that goes after only one stream of prospects will work for everyone. In order to be an effective solutions provider for those you bring into your business, you need to have an effective marketing system in place.

This will not only help you in your own prospecting chores, but show those that you bring into your business that you have more to offer than the distributor down the street.

Remember you're giving your potential prospects a solution with your product or service. Your solution has to be a complete one. The number one reason people drop out of companies or go company hopping is that they didn't earn any money fast enough. I'm sure you've heard that the faster your prospects get a check, the longer they'll stay in the business.

That's why your system should not be heavily dependent on one's skills in order to be successful at it. This is not to say people don't need skills to be successful, because they do. Cold-calling leads takes a lot of skill, not to mention it can take a lot of time to get good at it. The people who are successful at it have developed their skills.

The more skill is involved, the longer it will be for them to get a check. The longer it is for them to get a check, the lower the chances they will stick around in your business.

It's better to have a marketing system that delivers the same message to all prospects, rather than one that relies too heavily on ones skills in order to be successful with it.

If you're going to present solutions to people, you should have an entire online marketing solution ready for them-and not just the business opportunity.
