A lot of people are learning to create an internet business at home. But, they don't create their online business systems. They are creating another job to themselves.

There are different ways to make money online. You can create your information products. You can promote products belongs to other merchants. There are millions of affiliate programs in different businesses for you to choose from. You can even make money as a blogger by selling advertising and products.

But, here is a mistake that so many people are making.

Instead of taking the time to really build the business, what most online entrepreneurs are doing is creating another job for themselves. They end up doing 60 or even 80 hours per week because everything in the business is done by them. They don't outsource their work. They don't have staff members and they are doing all the work themselves. They don't have their online business systems.

They don't know how to turn the "new job" they created into a business. The difference between a job and a business is a job requires you to do the work while a business means you put systems in place so that others can do the work for you. A business generates income whether you are working there or not.

I don't just want to help people to create new jobs. I want to help you to create your online businesses systems and your online businesses.

You can think of your business as a franchise. Take a look at how McDonalds operates. You can get very similar food at different locations of McDonalds as it has everything written down to a proven procedure. Every single element of the business is written down. When you buy a franchise from them, you're buying the proven system.

You can think of your internet business the same way. Turn your internet business basically into a franchise that easily duplicate able by other people. You don't have to think from the stand point of how to legally set up a franchise. I am talking about setting up procedures and systems for every single element that takes place in your business to the same level that you ever want to sell your business. You can sell to someone else they can immediately work in, start applying your systems and run the business at the same income level.

There is an old rule that any business owners should know how to exit their businesses at some point in time. Think about your exit point as if you want to sell your business in three years from now. What you need to accomplish to sell that business and exit it very profitably. What the systems that you have to put in place or have to be done. It is so well documented that other people can step in and run the business.

To create your own internet business systems doesn't have to be complicated. You can simply write down everything you do each day. Then break down each of these activities into individual steps. You can even demonstrate your steps and procedures on videos or with photos. Then you can outsource your work to someone else.
