Electronic Book Features

Mar 15, 2008
Once you have written your e-book, you are eager to sell it online. In this article, I will discuss the features of an electronic book, and describe how you can drive sales and get the attention you deserve.

Before you sell your e-book, what should you include?

1. Title Page & Copyright - The title page can be as simple or elaborate as you like. Try to use a font that is easy to read. If you have an e-book cover, you may want to use that as the title page. The next page should include your copyright information.

2. Body of Ebook - Here's the meat of your e-book. This will include the introduction, body and conclusion. . . just like you did in high school. Be sure you fill the body of your e-book with lots of content to keep your customer satisfied with his purchase.

3.Clickable Links -By adding clickable links to your document, you can encourage readers to visit your website and purchase your products. Don't forget to include links that help your reader find out more information about your niche. Your links must be clickable to drive traffic.

4.Resource Box - A resource box near the end of your book is a great place to include extra information. Tell your readers about yourself and your services, making sure to include contact information so they can find out more. By providing resources, you can make your site one that they will reference again and again.

5.Free Bonuses - Attract buyers and provide value by offering bonus items. Free videos, special reports, and more will excite your customers and prompt them to purchase your book. For each bonus item you include, list the value of that item. For a small fee, the cost of your e-book, customers will receive free bonuses that could be worth hundreds of dollars. Who doesn't like a bargain like that one?

Use these features of an electronic book to give your e-book the success it deserves. By providing excellent quality, free bonuses, and a link to ongoing information, you keep your name in the minds of consumers. This will give your business the boost it needs to succeed.
