Eat Calories Lose Weight Foods That Burn Fat

Everyone deserves the option to eat calories lose weight and not feel the hunger pains of a restricted diet. Mixing protein, carbs and healthy fats will guarantee you positive results when combined with a workout routine suited to your level. Weight loss drugs and supplements are risky and just provide a quick fix along with draining you bank account. Below are basic whole foods that taste great and burn fat at the same time.

1. If you like eggs in the morning mix in vegetables like zucchini, onions, asparagus, fresh mushrooms, spinach, broccoli and red peppers. Pick two or three of these ingredients and chop up some lean chicken or turkey sausages along with swiss, jack, or goat cheese. I prefer scrambling these ingredients together and I can tell you it beats fast food ten times over.

2. Whole eggs are one of the most natural sources of protein packed full of nutrients that helps increase good cholesterol. Egg beaters are a little pricy but will do in a pinch if you just want the pure protein in egg whites. However if you do not want to waste the egg yoke then this product is perfect for you.

3. Five to 6 meals a day is recommended to fire your metabolism. This can be done with a meal between breakfast and lunch. By mixing cottage or ricotta cheese with yogurt and adding berries with chopped nuts you have yourself a great tasting carb enriched meal with protein and good fat included.

4. Chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds and macadamia nuts are healthy fats you need to round off meals containing protein and carbs. Healthy fat protects and cushions internal organs and also provides essential fatty acids that benefit your metabolism, heart and immune system.

5. The grocery stores now have natural peanut butter that contains just peanuts and oil. This is healthy because of the natural state and you have to stir it up since the oil sits on top. If you need a change try mixing almond butter and sesame butter or cashew butter with macadamia butter.

6. Butter versus margarine has been an issue for years and it has been proven that real butter can be mixed into a healthy diet. The flavor is great but it is calorie dense and should be regulated accordingly. Margarine is very bad for the heart because of the way it stays hard which in turn tends to plug up the arteries.

7. Another healthy fat are avocados that are fiber rich and can be used in sandwiches, salads and wraps. Avocados are delicious in a leafy lettuce salad mixed with dried cranberries, mandarin orange sections and almonds.

8. Try this salad dressing you can make at home which includes balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and Udo's Choice Oil Blend. A perfect mix compared to some salad dressings that use highly refined soya bean oil.

9. Salmon, herring and lake trout are a few of the best protein sources you can eat even if they are frozen and sitting in the freezer. Omega 3 fatty acids in fish play a crucial role in brain function as well as normal growth and development. The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least 2 times a week.

10. Three to four grams of fiber are required for every 20 grams of carbs in whole grain breads. To add some crunch to a smoothie or yogurt throw in some wheat germ and rice bran to increase nutrition and boost fiber content.

All the above foods are a combination of protein, carbs and healthy fat. The human body takes 3 hours to digest a meal and burns calories at the same time. It makes sense to eat every 3 hours, feel full all day and burn fat at the same time. Combined with a workout routine you are guaranteed to see results and you can start to eat calories and lose weight.
