Exercise Like A Champ
Think of yourself as a great warrior, these adversaries are going to be testing you, and failure is death, not literally of course. You will notice that if you are comparing yourself to others you are constantly trying to get better.
There is a funny sort of thought process that has seemed to eke into the paradigm of society. That is the idea that comparing you yourself with others is only going to create contention and negativity.
That is a load of hullaballoo, pure poppy cock, it is tumultuous noise meant only to create complaisance. Think about it, if you are unwilling to check yourself against the competitive society you live in, you are also allowing yourself to live in ignorance to your own ability and capability.
Perhaps you do not want to exercise for ability, more likely your desires lie in the shallow and vain benefits that come with exercise. There is nothing wrong with that either.
The point is there is no wrong reason to exercise; if you want to look good that is your choice, and if you want to be better than other people than that too is your choice. It is in no way wrong or bad to want to improve in any way.
Now you will reach a plateau, this is when you are better than everyone else, so what do you do. You compete for the championship verse yourself.
This may seem like something a schizophrenic might do. Most people can agree that using your own status as personal standard to exceed is the best way to develop in most ways.
Of course being motivated and moving isn't going to do everything, these are solely the psychological angles to approach exercise from. You have to also understand the physiological factors in exercise.
Working to become better is the idea you should have; if you are exercising because you loathe yourself perhaps you should rethink your activities. When it comes to physically changing you need more than exercise, you need nutrients and also rest.
Nutrients means eat your vegetables and proteins. If you don't like healthy food learn to acquire a taste for it.
Sleep is easy enough, especially if you are exercising regularly throughout the day. Aim to get around 8 hours of sleep throughout the 24 hour day.
