How To Flirt And Approach Women

Mar 29, 2008
Flirting is not just for the playboys or the bad guys, it is for everyone! Another myth about flirting is that nice guys like you and I can never be able to carry it out successfully. Not true! Flirting is an art, and while some may have it naturally, those not that good in it can still be able to master the art of flirting. You may say that you have no need of it now, but in the future, you will regret that the days where your youth is lost and you can no longer experience the fun of flirting with girls. Learn to flirt and approach women and I am sure you can get the girl of your dreams in no time!

Chilling out at your local bar and you notice a gorgeous girl entering the bar; she then settles down at the seat right at the corner of the room. In your heart, you know for sure, she is THE one. It is now time to put your talent to test and see how you can captivate her heart.

Now, just follow these simple steps and you are bound to hook up with the right kind of girl:

1. Smile

Smiling brings out the confidence in you and you will immediately portray yourself as someone approachable and that is the first step towards hooking up with a girl. It opens the doorway for conversation and remember, keep that million dollar smile going and she will melt away in her seat. If you are not naturally inclined to smile, fret not! Practice makes perfect and there is no better place to do that other than in front of your very own mirror.

2. Eye Contact

Would you find it weird if someone approaches you but you do not even know him or even notice his presence before? Chances are that you will be shocked and he might even have scared you by approaching you without prior warning. Try to establish eye contact and at least say hi with her when she notices you. It is definitely rude if you were to stare blankly at her or even worse, ogle at her. Steal a glance and then look away. Women are irked by men who constantly stare at them, or to stare at their body.

3. Walk up to her

Now is the chance to show off your conversation skills as you introduce yourself to her. As you approach, keep a good posture that allows you to exude your confidence and most importantly, be courteous. Women love confident men exceptionally much.

4. Talk to her

You did everything right, from the smiling to the eye contact, the stealing of glances and eventually even the walk across to her. But all that would have been in vain if you keep your mouth shut when you are together with her! Break the ice with a small chat, though it may be tough to start the ball rolling, but it never hurts to give a compliment to a girl. However, be sincere and also be sensitive to her feelings. Not all girls love to be praise for looking bountiful, to some that would sound rude.

5. Make her laugh

Humour her with your jokes, but not your slapstick jokes. Make her happy and allow her to enjoy herself while she is with you. This way she will find you very interesting and entertaining. Dirty jokes have a 50-50 chance of pleasing a girl so don't take the chance. Remember also that your main purpose is not be an entertainer, but to land her as your next date, so do not go overboard on the jokes, or she will just treat you as an entertainer.

6. Be patient

Patience is a virtue, and you have to take things slow. While some guys can score a girl in just one shot, it does not happen all the time. Ladies need to know more about someone before making a decision to go out with somebody. So don't be discouraged when you do not grab her attention immediately, take your time and you would never know when you would touch her heart.

Flirting is not that hard, it just takes patience for you to practice and be satisfied with yourself. Older ladies tend to love a good flirt so you can start practicing now if you want to score with women.
