What you want to see are designations as Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC), as issued by the International Coach Federation.

Doing in house coaching training utilizing a well prepared sales staff is convenient and cost effective, but it has a hidden bonus as well. An owner or manager of a business who has taken the time and effort to become certified to do training and coaching can market that skill like any other product. Additional income may be generated by contracting out the skills to other businesses, and may also offer networking opportunities with these other businesses as well.
