Green Tea Can Be Beneficial

In the day and age of today, most people are ensuring that they have a decent health expectancy rather than Life expectancy. This is the latest trend that ensures that you are healthy enough to enjoy the years that you live and it is becoming more and more important because life expectancy has increased due to the advances in science and technology.

Many people are not in favor of taking too many supplements since it is not a natural way of ingesting vitamins and minerals but there is a counter argument as well. Surely, these additional inputs are not required during the growing years and one can enjoy a healthy life without making these as crutches but as soon as one reaches adulthood and especially after the age of 30, there is a steep decline in the efficiency with which you organs can function. Taking natural supplements is the best route of ensuring that the body maintains its level of efficiency and reducing the rate of decline.

There are daily multi vitamin supplements available that can go a long way in ensuring that your intake of vitamins is adequate. Calcium supplements after a certain age can ensure that your bones will not complain of aches and pains. Whey protein and Omega 3 supplements are also good for your body.

There is a lot of talk these days about herbal remedies and the benefits of green tea specifically. The best tea comes from Taiwan, where drinking tea is a ritual. One of the best rooms in the house is converted into a tea drinking room and people sit around and consume tea in small cups. The cups are refilled continuously and one may want to go around the corner after a few cups.

You would wonder what the benefits of green tea are. Firstly, green tea has lots of antioxidants that keep the free radicals from forming. These free radicals are responsible for cancerous growth. The other thing that green tea ensures is that it cleanses the body aids the kidney and the bladder to remove harmful toxins from the body. It also helps by rejuvenating you and a cup of green tea can make you feel fresh and active again.
