A great way to do this is to offer great after sales support. An after sales support is where you allow people to call and contact you with questions they may have about a product they have gotten from you.

Helping them out with the product will show that you care about them, and you were not just trying to make a sale. This way, when they need another product they will come to you, because you gave great support and you are the first person that is going to come to mind. People like to be able to be treated like they are special, and offering great sales support is one way to do that.

Most online stores do not offer any kind of support. After you buy the product they are done with you. This gives people the impression that the store does not care about them or their business, thus, they go somewhere else. The sad thing is that a lot of stores are like that.
