How I Developed My New Weight Loss Program

Let me tell you a story

I've received hundreds of emails over the years from satisfied customers who tried out one of my health guides. What surprised me was that my customers have not only enjoyed lasting freedom from their illness, but they have also lost weight as an added bonus.

I thought to myself, "Wow, that's amazing. But how in the world did that happen?"

As more and more emails arrived from thankful (and now slimmer) customers, I began to notice a pattern. These customers bought my health programs that had special exercises that involved breathing, like my headache and Migraine Relief Program, The Fibromyalgia Program and other programs.

Initially, I didn't understand why. How did the breathing exercises help my customers lose weight? I struggled to answer that question, going through medical journals, health books, and the internet. No luck.

What's funny is, the answer was found in a beautiful hardwood forest in northern pennsylvania.

While camping there one night, I was trying to answer the question. At that time, I was having a hard time keeping my campfire alight. The fire was burning too slowly, and it made more smoke than heat. Even when I added more wood, it would not burn any higher.

Then, all of sudden, a strong wind blew over the campfire - and it flared up immediately.

that's when it finally hit me.

I realized that my customers lost weight because the breathing exercises brought more oxygen into their bodies. I found out that to burn anything, you need three things: heat, fuel, and oxygen.

Our bodies already have heat and fuel (some with more fuel than others, unfortunately). I theorized that increasing the amount of oxygen into the system will let the body burn more fat.

So I set out to work. I gathered all the exercises that aided breathing I had in my programs and asked some individuals to test them. Many started losing weight steadily. As the days went by, they gave feedback as to how they did certain exercises differently, making them work even better for them.

I wrote down every bit of wisdom that came from these great people. Little by little, their feedback shaped my new Weight Loss Program.

I can't begin to tell you how valuable my new Weight Loss Program turned out to be. My customers have been telling me how fast they were losing the pounds, faster than they'd ever seen before.

These simple exercises, most needing only a few minutes a day, also opens the doors to these advantages:

1. More efficient breathing

2. Healthier lungs

3. Reduced stress (which, in turn, reduces obesity, hypertension, headaches, etc)

4. A cleaner body that burns fat even while you sleep

What's more, the exercises in my new Weight Loss Program complements whatever diet or exercise program that you may be on now. In fact, it will make your body run as efficiently as it possibly, making you lose more weight, without stressing you more. You won't break a sweat at all.

These exercises are so easy and simple that you can do them anytime during the day, while driving to work, during your coffee break, or while watching TV. You can do them anywhere, no need to go to a gym to do them.

But the best part about my new Weight Loss Program is that the exercises are intended to release the muscles that control the breathing process, making you breathe more effectively all day, which makes you lose weight 24/7. What's more, the results are permanent - you will still lose weight even after you've finished the program!
