Nashville is known as a major hub of music, particularly country music. This fact attracts several tourists and has led to the presence of several luxury hotels in the city.

As one of the more popular southern cities, Nashville enjoys a consistent stream of tourists. First time visitors to the city will have no trouble finding a hotel which suites their need and purpose, whether it be business or pleasure.

At the heart of downtown Nashville, it is easy to locate the Sheraton Music City Hotel. Situated in 777 McGavock Pike, the hotel is an example of southern warmth and hospitality. The Sheraton Music City Hotel sits on 23 acres of landscaped land. Built in the style of a Gregorian manor, it has 410 rooms spread on 4 floors. Guests will also find it is very easy to get to Nashville tourist spots from the hotel. The Sheraton Music City hotel is only minutes away from The Grand ole Opry, the Adventure Science Center or the Hermitage, the residence of President Andrew Jackson. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Nashville International Airport.

The Sheraton Music City Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel, perfect for families who want a smoke-free stay. There are numerous leisure and fitness activities available to guests such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, a lighted outdoor tennis court, golf course and an indoor children's pool. The hotel also has a specific policy regarding domestic pets, any dog or cat that weighs 80 pounds or lower are allowed within the premises.

Located 7 miles from the Nashville International Airport is the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. Set very near the center of country music, the hotel is located right on 2800 Opryland Drive and are stones throw away from the Grand Ole Opry as well as the Opry Mills Mall. It is also about 10 miles from downtown Nashville. It has 2881 rooms on 6 floors that all have the standard amenities as well as hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, safes, two-line telephones, voicemail and electronic locks.

Nine acres of green garden surrounds the facilities of the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. These gardens are actually housed indoor, in climate controlled glass atriums that protect the garden and landscaped rivers, pathways and waterfalls. As a major tourist attraction, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel's indoor garden also hosts a water show and botanical garden tours.

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel also has a European style spa that sits on 27,000 square feet. Spa facilities include an indoor and an outdoor pool, 12 private rooms, as well as a fitness center. There are several gift shops and restaurants in the area available to cater to any guest's wants and needs, be it Japanese food, a buffet, nightly entertainment, an antebellum-style restaurant, music, children's items or the like. Nearby areas of interest are the General Jackson Showboat, the Golf Institute at Gaylord Springs Golf Links, Gaylord Springs and Wildhorse Saloon.

The Hermitage Hotel is located in the middle of Nashville's bustling downtown area, which gives its guests easy access to the city's major business and entertainment areas. It has been given five stars by Mobil and five diamonds by AAA proof that the hotel meets and surpasses the expectations of travelers.

With 119 rooms and 4 suites, the Hermitage Hotel provides top service with its amenities such as designer soaps, marble bathrooms, and wireless Internet access and in-room CD/DVD players. Businessmen can also hold meetings in any of the 5 areas provided by the hotel, which utilize a total of 5271 square feet for any private function. The hotel also houses the popular local spot Capitol Grille and the Oak bar.
