When suffering from hair loss you begin to understand the importance of discovering a specific treatment that will help prevent hair loss and restart hair growth. One way is by using essential natural oils. These oils are produced from natural extractions from plants. Being bottled naturally allows these oils to be used for several different things. In the past essential oils have been used as first aid treatment, healing, and illnesses. They were also used to enhance health and beauty. Today they still are able to be used as they were in ancient days. The main benefit of essential oils is that plants contain absolutely no chemicals or artificial preservatives. This means you are not adding to your hair anything that is potentially harmful.

There are a variety of essential oils numbering up into the hundreds, and all help heal the body in one manner or another. Applying these oils means you are infusing your hair with additional natural ingredients that enhance the oils already existing in your hair and also work very well with your hair's texture. The following essentials are very well known for helping with hair heath maintenance, encouraging hair growth, and actually stopping hair loss.

-Vitamin A: You can find Vitamin A in several different foods such as eggs, broccoli, carrots, peaches, cabbage, apricots, spinach, milk, meat, and fish liver oil. Adding this vitamin to your diet will increase the sebum in the scalp. Daily dose of Vitamin A should be 5,000 IU.

-Vitamin C: You can find Vitamin C is essential for overall hair health and should consist of 60 mg. every day. Foods Vitamin C is found in are strawberries, green peppers, oranges, grapefruits, cantaloupe, pineapple, tomatoes, potatoes, and all dark green vegetables.

-Vitamin E: For increased circulation in your scalp which in turn allows for better hair growth, definitely add Vitamin E to your diet. This essential vitamin comes in many different forms like Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-5, Vitamin B-3, Vitamin B-12, Inositol, and Biotin. Foods that Vitamin E can be found in foods that include soybeans, raw seeds, wheat germ, raw nuts, leafy green vegetables, cold pressed vegetable oil, and dried beans.

Be careful when partaking in a vitamin regimen for your body is able to over dose if you take too much. Emergency care will most likely be needed if this occurs. If you are unsure of how much to take please speak with your primary care physician.
