Choosing A Diet With 11-Day Results

So, you are a bit overweight? Have you put yourself through countless fad diets and products but have not really found any success yet? Well you are not alone. Millions of people around the world face this problem and they would like nothing better than to be able melt away all the extra fat.

The only problem is that most fad diets force you to do things you do not like, such as starving yourself, or subsisting on foods you hate. However, if the menu suggests you eat chicken, it does not mean that you should order a bucket of KFC for yourself. Instead, you should make your own chicken dish at home because this way not only avoid unhealthy processed foods but will literally enjoy the fruits of your own labor more than any takeout.

2. Use A Guilt-free Pass: When you have three days to cheat on your diet at the end of a 11 day cycle, use them. Do not play the martyr and continue dieting in your bid to lose more weight. Enjoy the time allotted to you to take a break, treat yourself to your favorite foods and go easy on yourself, but at the same time, take care not to binge.

3. A Little Walking goes a Long Way: Although you are not required to do any exercise, a brisk walk at least once a day will really help accelerate the process of weight loss. Not only will the walk rejuvenate your entire system by releasing feel-good hormones, but it will also power up your metabolism to burn fat faster.

Finally to conclude, do not make the mistake of weighing yourself everyday, especially since you may get demoralized when you do not see any immediate results. Instead make it a habit to weigh yourself at the end of each 11 day cycle, since by then, provided you have stuck to the diet and followed the above tips, you will feel great about the incredible progress you have made in just 11 days.
