Build massive arms & a gigantic chest by working your... legs?

May 22, 2008
If you'd like to know how to build a bigger chest and monster arms... without... spending any extra time working those muscles out, then this article will show you exactly how to do that...

In fact, I will explain how you can build muscle on your chest and arms by working your LEGS!

Does this sound like I don't know what I'm talking about?

Many weight lifters bodybuilders may think so. But most of them have really small arms and an unimpressive chest.

You see, most trainees spend too much time doing isolation exercises for their arms and chest in an attempt to build a bigger upper body...

Why is this bad?

This is a bad way to try to build a big upper body because one of the key factors of building muscle is making sure you increase your levels of growth hormone (GH), testosterone (T), and other "body chemicals"... these chemicals signal your body to "build more muscle NOW!" And that's what you want!

The absolute best way to raise the levels of these chemicals in your body is by intense exercise that involves your WHOLE body (or as much of it as possible)... and not just certain parts (like you would do with pure isolation exercises for your arms or chest).

So when bodybuilders focus so much on doing tons of different isolation exercises for their chest... and a lot of different exercises for their arms... they're only working out small muscle groups -- and not putting their whole body under sufficient "stress" to signal the body to "build muscle!"

So what's the secret to remedy this problem?

The solution is to work your entire body out as much as possible (without overtraining). But you want to focus on the biggest muscles of your body first... then do the other body parts. Like your legs and back and THEN your chest, arms, etc.

Here's the best way to do this: start with compound (multi-joint) exercises like the deadlift and squat before you start doing isolation exercises like specific chest exercises (dumbbell flies, etc) and arm exercises (curls, etc).

So, how can you start building muscle fast using the information in this article? If you want to build a shirt-popping chest and gigantic arms then you need to work out your whole body more (not just focus on isolation exercises for the body parts you want to grow) and don't forget to work those LEGS!
