Tools for Accessing The Law Of Attraction Energy- Body Work

May 22, 2008
Wouldn't it be great to have a nice, neat, well-developed set of tools to help us access the Law of Attraction Energy that they say is within us. These tools, if they worked and if you used them, would have then have your life work superbly. Now I am a Law of Attraction kind of person. By nature I am more or less positive and forward progressive, and I seek out ways and means to keep myself that way. In the next several articles I would like to give you the tools that help me stay in that sort of positive mind-set. My hope is that you too will try my tools, and they will produce miracles for you.

Like it or not, we are mind, body, spirit creatures. And I have a firm belief that if we try to address the mind but circumvent the body, the whole thing will be an exercise in futility. If, for instance, your physical body is a crumpled heap of knotted up shoulders and an aching back, it will be much harder to paste a smile on our face. And when you do, you will simply be putting icing on a mudpie, which does not make a cake. So you have no choice, in my opinion, but to deal with the state of your physical body as an access to your state of mind. So here are some things you can do for your body that will also help your mind.

A) How about laying on a table and relaxing with a deep tissue massage of your choice? This is a great way to let someone else divest you of the physical byproducts of stress, worry, and concern. Plus it feels good.

B) I highly suggest a form of chiropractic know as 'network spinal analysis.' I can truthfully say that in the most stressful chaotic time of my life, this body work got me through. It is gentle and healing, and the practitioners tend to be the same (mine being the best, of course.) The practical effect of this work is one of body, mind, and spirit alignment.

C) For a really calming feeling of peace, go to a yoga class. Yoga reduces stress, and allows you to perform at your own level. On the other side, it can also challenge even the most trained of athletes for endurance, stamina, and strength.

D) Physical exercise is always a favorite of mine. If you like strenuous things like pumping iron, remember that this can cause its own aches and pains, so get a massage afterwards. Otherwise just swim, bike ride, or shoot hoops to elevate your mood and a natural feeling of 'all is well.'

E) And of course I always suggest the all-important candle-lit bath with mineral salts of your choice. It is one sure way to let go of physical tension in the privacy and comfort of your own home. And it doesn't cost a thing. Be sure to tell the kids to stay away, though.

Now in this article I only spoke about the physical ways to access the Law of Attraction Energy and out yourself in a positive frame of mind. There are many other, diverse ways which I have experienced, and which have produced miracles in my life. I will talk about these later. Suffice it to say, it is all important that you come to a place of true and real peace, harmony, and happiness. Because if you try to pretend you are there, when you really are not, it is just once again icing on a mudpie. So the trick is to be insightfully honest with yourself when you are not in a place of joy, even as you look at how to get there.
