You can use the DVDS, books, internet, gyms, clubs and support groups to your benefit, knowing about healthy all you can living gives you a great base to work from.

3. You must choose to start somewhere it good to start by taking a look at your kitchen and reorganizing in planning for your new way of life. Reorganize your refrigerator, cupboards and kitchen cabinets to ensure that no of your old signs in anywhere and all of the signs can help you have a new lifestyle.

4. Replace your old food with a new healthier choice and you don't forget to purchase any small necessary appliances which you'll need to support in eating in your healthier way, such as food weighing scales and blenders.

5. Get a big planer calendar, stick it in your kitchen mark and fix the day when you choose to restart your new lifestyle and stick into it no matter what.

6. From day one keep a journal, these can either be a conventional one or use your computer. You should include feelings and all thoughts about your new way along with all the changes about yourself. This is essential to look backward to see the positive changes that are occurring due to your positive outlook and changes you have made.

7. Thoughts and self talk in positive or affirmations are a necessity; at the beginning they will give you a trust and help you through the tough times which will frequently occur during the early changes.

Along with changes to your diet you will to make changes the amount of exercise that you do per day, while a good healthy food is important, the exercise is also just as important too it to help ward off the onset of diseases such as heart disease, as well as helping our body to firm up or lose a few pounds.

9. Give up all bad habits such as drinking or smoking, you will never reach your good of health while you are smoking or drinking on a regular basis.

10. Fruit and veggies are packed full of essential vitamins, so is essential. Be sure that you receive the recommended 5 portions of fruit and veggies on your new regimen per day.

11. Make sure you have the way to get rid of the tension from your lifestyle as you possibly can, there are several ways to do this with one of them sure to be suitable for your situation.
