1. Try to avoid sweating too much - This is a bit of a tricky one, a good idea may be to carry around a small clean face wipe and if you feel yourself getting sweaty then you can just wipe it off.

As dry skin ages, it's more likely than other types to become wrinkly. - Do you have Oily Skin? This type of skin may look oily and coarse, may have recurring blackheads, acne and large pores. The texture of skin is thick; the touch is often sticky. This type is usually youthful- looking due to the presence of oil on the skin. Often, individuals with oily skin have a tendency to develop acne in their teen and middle years, and overgrown oil glands, or sebaceous hyperplasia, in the middle and late years. - The Jekyll and Hyde type of skin, often with split personality. This type may be characterized as oily on the T-zone (the area that stretches from the forehead down to the nose and chin), and dry to normal on the cheeks and around the eye area. - Sensitive skin? This type of skin is most prone to allergies, rash, sting, and burns. It gets irritated easily and can go very red and blotchy. This type will have a lot more trouble to environmental factors and tends to be very sensitive to cosmetics. Know your skin and take care of it. It is your glory to healthy skin.

4. If you are prone to acne flare ups do not use make up due to your skin sensitivity . Make up contains a large amount of chemicals and that will aggravate an acne condition. It is recommended to consult a dermatologist to prescribe makeup that is made of natural raw materials and will not affect your acne condition.

5. A balanced nutrition has many benefits. And pur body needs various vitamins, each for a different purpose and if there is lack of vitamins, it could be one of the major reasons for break out of acne, especially amongst youngsters. If the dermatologist or your general physician recommends you take a look at your diet chart and rework it to suit your body, then you will also need to include vitamin rich food in it.
