What To Look For In Proper Mini Trampoline Products

Jun 10, 2008
The popularity of exercising and being outdoors in general is taking a sharp downfall with each increasing jump in generations. To help curb the negative effects of each generation gap, one needs to stay in proper shape by proper exercise in nutrition. On the exercise forefront, mini trampolines have become a good way to increase endurance and quality of life.

Manufacturers of mini trampolines such as Needak have been reducing unwanted fat and increasing endurance for decades. Endurance is increased through the proper jumping on and off of the mini trampoline. In many cases, improper jumping will do damage to the frame or fibers in the makeup of the trampoline- so be sure to review manuals before continuing with using a Needak mini trampoline.

Needak in particular has created mini trampolines that can withstand vast amounts of weight through good design. The circular design of their products allow for uniform weight distribution- and therefore less stress on individual trampoline parts. This helps protect one's investment by extending the life of the said trampoline- one reason why Needak is a leader in the industry.

Proper mini trampoline models will have sturdy frames so as to support more weight. But with sturdier frames comes more weight- so a balance between the two should be found for optimum efficiency. Needak trampolines generally make use of cutting edge metals and materials, so as to get the best of both worlds. Even still, it isn't uncommon to expect to carry 25 pounds or more around when moving a mini trampoline.

Also important to note in mini trampoline design is the percent of impact that is absorbed with each jump. This percentage should be somewhat high, so as to put more strain on the one exercising in order to jump back up. While it's impossible to get a full 100% absorption rate and get a good workout, it's also good to note that incredibly high absorption rates may put too much strain on the end user. Thus, it's generally best to stick around the 85% range that Needak conforms to with many of their products.

Lastly, it's good to have accessories with mini trampolines to better supplement the experience. In such a case, it's good to have a stabilizing bar to keep from getting too wild and crazy on the trampoline. A stabilizer bar is easy to setup and maintain, and serves the purpose of bracing one's body for ideal exercising conditions. It can also help reduce wear and tear on the trampoline from better stabilization and body posture.

In Conclusion

There's much to consider in buying the perfect mini trampoline. Weight distribution, material types, factors in bulky design, accessories, and many other aspects should be considered. The best option is to consult a trainer, friends and family, or Internet resources for more information in finding the best mini trampoline based on one's specific needs.
