Another failure I see is the failure to Think BIG. I hear many people who say they want to make money online tell me they want to make a few hundred dollars per month. If that is what you want, then you might be surprised to learn that you could make that in a single day, and take 29 days vacation per month. Of course, the first $100 will be the hardest money you ever make, but after that, the second $100 will be twice as easy, and it just gets easier and easier as you go on.

When you first start out, it seems difficult and nearly impossible because there are so many pieces to put together. First, there is knowing what to sell - making your own product, or finding hot selling products with affiliate programs. Then, you need to know how to sell it, and that means knowing your customer, and the things that motivate them to buy. Then proving that you are not a scammer, but someone who could really help them. And then having the whole system to process an order and fulfill the purchase (e.g. deliver the product, inform the customer about the order status). If you are successful, you will have follow-up offers, so you will need an autoresponder system and other products to recommend. Then there is your affiliate program - the single most powerful thing you can do to increase sales and profits.

So, it is a little bit complicated when you first start out. Even more importantly, they can tell you what to ignore, and what to focus on. This can save you 95% of your time, and increase your chances of success by a thousand percent or more.
