Calorie Shifting Diet - Does It Really Work?

If you are looking for a weight loss program that works, you should try the calorie shifting diet program. Calorie Shifting Diet Is Not Another Weight Loss Fad Diet Program

Before we talk about the calorie shifting diet program, let's first understand why most conventional weight loss programs are not working. In fact, the statistics show that more than 95% of people who tried a weight loss program failed to lose weight. Most programs only work for a short period of time and many dieters end up gaining back those unwanted weight again. Why is this so?

Most conventional weight loss diets (such as low calorie diet, low carbs or no carbs diets) don't work because they starve the body by cutting down calorie intake, this causes the metabolism in our body to slow down and hence unable to burn body fat efficiently. This also explains why people actually gain back more weight and become even fatter.

The low carbs low calorie diet programs only work for short-term. Most people who followed these programs experienced some weight loss in the beginning but when they stopped the diets, they were gaining all the weight back and worst some even gained more and become fatter. This is because your body can't burn fat efficiently due to its slowed metabolic rate.

The calorie shifting diet works by providing each customer a personal menu. You will get to eat four meals a day and the menu changes or shifts each day. Unlike the unconventional weight loss diets, you always have enough to eat in this diet program. Your body will never be starved and your metabolism is at peak. Combined with the right exercise, more body fat are torched and you will start losing those unwanted pounds.

When you join the calorie shifting diet program, you design your own menu and choose the foods you like to eat. The system has an advance menu generator which produces a personal menu to each user, it changes and shifts the menu around each day. With calorie shifting program, you end up eating much of the foods you like and since the menu gets shifted constantly, you will never get bored. And more importantly your body will never get starved as you are given four meals a day.
