The Truth About Weight Loss and Your Health

Jun 12, 2008
OK you're probably wondering if I'm trying to sell you a drug here, or perhaps tell you the same thing so many others have told you--exercise and eat better, right?

Well, what if I told you that your eating habits and lack of exercise is not really what's holding you back? Forget the low-carb, low-fat, low-cal and low-whatever diets....and don't even get me started on those diet pills, none of this stuff really works. Sure, you can starve yourself for DAYS and lose a little weight, or go on a diet and lose a little, but you basically have to change your entire LIFE to get hardly any results!

And why is it so many people are getting more overweight, almost everywhere you look?

The truth is, our environment is growing more and more toxic, with pesticides and such, and the drug companies would rather not tell you this so you can stay over-weight and sick so they can make money off you. Also, the food you eat contains many chemicals that make you gain weight faster--even the so-called "health foods" contain these chemicals, and the food and drug companies along with doctors won't tell you. In fact, they will probably tell you just the opposite.

Parasites are also a very big problem. They can enter your body not only by your mouth, but some can get in through the skin. Then they get into your stomach and intestines and steal the nutrients you need, then excrete more toxins that add to the plaque that's already in your bowels. You're quite wrong if you think having diarrhea for a few days will get rid of all this junk. This stuff builds up and somewhat hardens, similar to what happens on a person's teeth (tartar build-up) if they don't brush regularly.

When your body detects a toxin, it tries to naturally get rid of it by forming fat around it and sending it to the colon (large intestine). However, if your colon has all this plaque stuck to its walls, the toxin can't be dumped, and therefore goes back into the blood and is stored indefinitely. This is why you get extra weight all over the body! City tap water even has toxins. They say chlorine helps the water stay clean, and fluoride is good for your teeth. Neither of these substances should ever be in the body! Try drinking nothing but natural or spring water for about a month, then try some tap water. It tastes more like swimming pool water and toothpaste.

Think about this: You change the oil in your car every so often, or junk builds up and your car will not run properly. If you let trash build up inside your home too long, flies and maggots will take over. The same applies to your body. It needs cleaning out every now and then so that it will run properly and get rid of waste and deadly parasites.

All these toxins and parasites must be removed if you are to lose weight and stay healthy. I have been researching over the internet for this "secret truth" for a long time, and I've found a natural doctor who offers an ebook on the natural ways to get healthy, lose weight, and stay that way without having to change your entire life or diet. I recommend this ebook to anyone who is serious about losing weight, staying healthy, and living a long life.

Did you know that parasites can cause symptoms of many diseases? For example, they'll secrete chemicals into your body that can give you headaches, then you drink a soda with caffeine in it because you think you have caffeine withdrawal. The parasite therefore got what it wanted! They can also mimic acid-reflux, PMS, yeast infection, and many other common diseases. Then, you go buy drugs or see a doctor which just makes them richer, when really a full internal cleansing will take care of all that. Parasites can even make you feel stressed, worried, anxious, and tired also.

So, how much of this junk is really on the inside? Well, try not washing your car for a month or two, then run your finger across the hood. Nasty, isn't it? If that only took a month or two, and you're breathing the same air, how much could have built up inside your lungs since you were born? True, coughing and sneezing will remove some, but not all of it, and if a little is left over each time, and soaks into your bloodstream (which happens quite quickly) and can't be dumped into your colon and removed, where does it go? It stays until you do something to remove it. And that's just the junk that gets in through breathing, not eating, drinking, and showering. Two thirds of the water you take in goes through the skin from showering or swimming, not just drinking it....and so do all the toxins.
