* Count Zero To Ten

When you are in a worst condition and need immediate relief, count the numbers in reverse order from zero to ten.

* Write Down Your Thoughts

Put on paper all your negative thoughts and the reactions your mind projects. This kind of ventilation helps you soothe you anxiety disorder.

* Spend Time In Nature

Many people don't know that nature has healing power. Turn to nature whenever you feel anxiety attack. Drive to the ocean and take a walk on the beach or just watch the waves rolling ashore. Stroll through a flower garden or nature trail. Listen to the sounds of birds and observe them.

If you follow these techniques sincerely, you can treat your anxiety attacks easily without any medicine. You can return to your normal peaceful life (in fact, this is our natural state to be in).
