Fantastic Formulae For Losing That Cellulite Forever

Jun 26, 2008
About 95% women are affected by cellulite. It turns beautiful skin into cottage cheese and, most often, effects the thighs and butt. Most believe there is no hope besides long skirts and pants. Cheer up!! There are various ways to diminish and get relieve from cellulite for good. Here's the secret!

What do you mean by cellulite?

The septae, which is a net of connective tissue, is located under the skin. There is a layer of fat underneath the septae. Cellulite creates the look of ripples on the skin when the layer of fat pokes through the net of septae. For example, suppose a fishnet stretched above gelatin. The gelatin will poke through the hole in the net when the net is tightened. The ripples under the skin are caused by the septae and fat.

Older women have an additional disadvantage when battling cellulite. As skin ages, the holes in the septae's net get bigger and the skin thins, making the fat bulges bigger and more obvious.

Generally, exercise doesn't influence cellulite. To achieve a smoother appearance you should target the skin and the fat cells.

Two Steps for Beating Cellulite

Stop thinking about liposuction and surgery. One of the best ways to get rid of cellulite is to massage an affected area. Who would believe something so easy could have such an amazing effect?

Another thing that has been shown to have dramatic results on smoothing cellulite is cooling the area. Why not get the best both worlds have to offer each and every morning?

Try this:

Daily try to end your shower or bath with an icy flash of water through the tap on the region of your body that is afflicted with cellulite.

After that, coat your palms with baby oil and massage it into the affected region. You should do this for about ten minutes.

You should start to notice results in about two weeks.

How come this works? Cellulite is made up of fat cells that are pushed through the septae in small bunches. You can smooth these lumps back under the septae by using cold and massage.

Healthy Skin is Smooth Skin

As healthy skin ages, much of its collagen and suppleness is lost causing the skin to sag. Sagging skin makes cellulite look worse so prevent collagen and suppleness loss as much as possible.

To prevent elasticity loss, it is important to follow up your showers with a good moisturizer. Look for one that contains collagen. In this way collagen can be added to your skin and will keep it taut.

Try using a firming lotion such as Jergens Firming Daily Moisturizer, if you have already undergone a hefty amount of sagging. It has been clinically proven that many of these firming moisturizers will help with the tightening of skin. Often, as you notice your skin getting tighter, you will notice cellulite disappearing.

You can get rid of cellulite by taking a little extra time to cool, massage, moisturize and firm your skin. Now you have no reason not to get out and enjoy the summer in short shorts and a bikini.
