Quick Steps to Be Able to Reveal Your Body and Lose That Cellulite Today

Jun 26, 2008
95% of women deal with the problem of cellulite. Beautiful skin is turned into cottage cheese as it collects on thighs and butts. The majority of people think that there is nothing to be done for this except to conceal it beneath long skirts and pants. Have patience. There are many techniques to lessen and free you of cellulite forever. Here is the way!

Cellulite: What is it?

A net of connective tissue known as septae lies beneath the skin. Underneath lies a layer of fat that creates cellulite when poking through the net of the septae, giving the appearance of ripples. For instance, if you were to tighten a fishnet over gelatin, it would poke through the net having the same effect.

With age, the setae's net enlarges under a thinning layer of skin which makes the bulges of fat larger and more noticeable. This makes cellulite an even bigger problem for older women.

Most of the time, cellulite cannot be reduced or eliminated with exercise. To get smoother look you have to target the skin and fat cells.

Two Steps to Beating Cellulite

Stop thinking about liposuction and surgery and you will be able to beat cellulite. According to studies, one of the most effective ways to rid you of cellulite is to massage the area on a regular basis. Who would have thought such a very simple action could have wonderful effects.

It has been proven that cooling the area has an incredible smoothing effect on cellulite. Enjoy the best of both worlds each morning.

Try this everyday, end your shower with a blast of cold tap water on areas that have cellulites.

Then coat your hands with baby oil and gently massage it the affected areas. Do this for about ten minutes.

Within approximately two weeks you should begin to see results.

How does this works? Take note of the fact that cellulite is just fat cells pushed through a net so they can be smoothed by pushing them back down.

Healthy Skin is Smooth Skin

As skin ages, it starts to sag because of lost collagen and elasticity. It's important not to allow this to happen or cellulite will look even worse.

It is crucial to use a good moisturizer after your showers to prevent loss of elasticity.
Collagen is included in one of the best moisturizers. This will allow you to both add collagen to your skin and, at the same time, keep the skin firm.

If your skin already sags, try using a firming lotion like the Jergens Firming Daily Moisturizer. Clinical tests have shown that many of these firming moisturizers can help tighten the skin. Often, you will discover that when your skin begins tightening, cellulite will also seem to be lessening.

To get rid of cellulite, you must cool, massage, moisturize and firm your skin. Now you will be able to wear those skimpy shorts and skirts without embarrassment!
