New Relevation Revealed on Losing Your Cellulite Forever!

Jun 26, 2008
Approximately 95 percent of women deal with the problem of Cellulite. It turns beautiful skin turns into cottage cheese around the thighs and butt. Many think that they can do nothing about it and will have to cover it with skirts and pants. Do not be discouraged! It is possible to permanently rid yourself of cellulite. There are several ways to reduce and remove cellulite once and here's how it's done.

Cellulite: What is it?

A net of connective tissue known as septae is found under the skin. There is a layer of fat located below the septae.

When layers of fats come out of septae net, it looks like ripples. This is cellulite. Imagine if you will a fishnet stretched over a jiggling mass of gelatin. Obviously, the gelatin will poke through the hole in net when the net is tightened. Creases are created beneath the skin in the same way by septae and fat.

With age the skin thins and the septae's net enlarges which makes the bulges of fat larger and more noticeable, causing more of a problem for older women.

There is no effect of exercise on cellulite usually. You must tighten the skin to achieve a smoother appearance.

Two Steps to Beating Cellulite

Ignore thoughts of liposuction and surgery. According to recent studies, one of the best ways to banish cellulite is to massage the area in which it appears. Who could have imagined that something so easy could be so effective?
Another method that helps is cooling the cellulite. So why not benefit from both each morning?

Try this:

Sum up your daily shower or bath with a cold blast wherever the cellulite affects your body.

The next thing to do is to cover your hands with baby oil and rub it into the area. Continue this for approximately ten minutes.

You'll notice a difference in as little as two weeks.

What is the reason for its success? Since cellulite is just fat lumps being pushed upwards, it can be smoothed and returned under the septae, where they belong, by using cold and massage.

Healthy Skin is Smooth Skin

As a person ages, the skin starts to sag since it loses a lot of collagen and elasticity. It is highly necessary to prevent collagen and elasticity at the first onset otherwise cellulite may worsen.

If you use a good moisturizer after your showers, you can prevent the loss of elasticity. Collagen is an ingredient that is in one of the most effective moisturizers. This allows you to keep your skin moist and firm while adding collagen at the same time.

A firming lotion, such as Jergens Firming Daily Moisturizer, can be helpful if you already have a significant amount of sagging. Clinical tests show that many of these firming moisturizers help tighten the skin. Often the appearance of cellulite will decrease as the skin tightens.

Firming up your skin, moisturizing, massaging and cooling with extra time is the best method to remove cellulite. Now you will no longer feel too embarrassed to wear shorts and skimpy skirts.
