Everyone is busy. Everyone has a hectic schedule with work, family and social life. Realistically, who has time for those fad diets that make you count this and that before you can even eat? Who has time for hour-long workouts everyday of the week?

It makes those miracle diet pills look tempting but what good are they if they don't even work? Or worse yet, they've been shown to make some people sick or gain even more weight. With those odds, really, why bother with those fad crash diets and useless miracle pills?

Instead, go the natural route and lose weight fast with safe, effective and fast ways to natural weight loss! If you're going to do this right and most effectively, you are going to want to consult your doctor or physician first to make sure you have their approval before beginning a weight loss program of any type. To lose weight quickly and effectively, you will have to adjust four areas of your lifestyle: your level of activity, your outlook on weight loss, what you eat and how you eat.

So, in their most simple explanations, here are the top 5 fast ways to lose weight:

Fast Way #1: Realize that weight loss is an all-body task; in other words, you have to make sure your mind is in the right place, your body is eating the right foods and performing the most effective exercises. Start easy with your workout regimen to ease your mind into learning a new routine, starting with something as little as 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week.

Train yourself to eat fresh, whole foods quickly and stick with them by reminding yourself that they are the most healthy of foods that you can eat, fresh and wholesome. Set realistic goals for yourself and make sure you provide that self-discipline to follow through.

Fast Way #2: Eat fresh, unprocessed, wholesome foods. Just because there is an "organic" label on it doesn't mean that it's 100% healthy for you. There are plenty of highly processed organic foods out there. Instead, stick with fresh foods such as vegetables, fruits, and plenty of meats. Try to avoid processed carbohydrates, such as pastas and rice, or at least keep those to a bare minimum.

Eat plenty of fiber with your meats; it makes you feel more full and helps the digestive process by moving things through your system faster. You can get your fill of fibers through green vegetables or supplements, but it is always better to get your vitamins and minerals from foods, rather than pills.

Fast Way #3: Drink water! Your body is made of mostly water, nearly 75% of it so it's an obvious fact that you should drink plenty of water throughout the day. Some people may leave it at just fluids and leave it open-ended but I believe water is the best fluid out there for you.

It keeps you hydrated, unlike sugary drinks, fruit drinks, sports drinks or sodas, which make you more thirsty and contain plenty of unhealthy ingredients. Keep your body hydrated and you will feel refreshed all day long.

Fast Way #4: Exercise to build your body. To lose weight, you cannot rely only on healthy eating, even though it is a huge part of it. You need to exercise and be active. The other great part about being active is that it makes losing weight that much easier! When you work out, you are, obviously, exercising your muscles. When you focus on strength training, you are building your muscles to such a point that they will burn fat more easily and more quickly.

When you focus on cardio, you are building up your metabolism, which everyone knows plays a large role in digestion. You don't have to workout every single day for an hour each day, but be sure to make time for your workouts. You would do well with even just 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Just make sure to push yourself and break a sweat while you're at it!

Fast Way #5: Stay tuned to your body. Your body gives you plenty of signals and pointers when it comes to how it feels. Listen to your body. It is always advised to push yourself so you can increase your abilities but make sure to listen to your own body. If something doesn't feel right when you're doing it, either working out or eating certain foods, your body will let you know.
