Eat More and Lose Weight in 7 Days Soup Diet

A very effective and satisfying diet one might want to try consists of eating a variety of soups on a seven day cycle. The diet itself, the 7 day soup diet, is designed for rapid weight loss results as the body detoxifies.

Day One: For the 7 day soup diet to be effective you should follow the suggestions closely in order to have the best results. The first day consists of soup and an assortment of fruits, preferably fruits low in sugar content such as mangoes or bananas. It is suggested that you eat watermelon and or cantaloupe considering they are very low in calories and tend give you the sensation of being full. You should drink at least 9 glasses of water a day, if not more, and you can also have juices, such as cranberry juice or tea (unsweetened).

For the second day of the 7 days soup diet, you have soup and vegetables. Leafy vegetables are great and can be consumed either cooked or raw. You can also have baked potato with butter. There are no restrictions on the quantity that you can eat. But you are advised to refrain from eating beans, peas and corn and fruits.

Day Three: By day three you should have already lost between 6-7 pounds. On this day of the 7 day soup diet you eat vegetables and fruits as well as the soup, but no potatoes; eat only the soup, vegetables, and fruit and keep drinking the water as that is an essential part of this diet.

The 4th day of the 7 days soup diet would include bananas and skim milk. You can eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of milk you want but don't miss out on your soup. Though banana and milk are high in calories and carbohydrates but your body will need potassium, carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen the craving for sweets.

Day Five: Day five comes with the introduction of meats and tomatoes, along with the soup. The 7 day soup diet is designed to give you all the proteins, vitamins, and minerals you need and helps to eliminate the ones you don't need, thus the reason for the tomatoes, which help rid your body of uric acid. On day five you can have up to 12 ounces of meat and up to six fresh tomatoes. Keep drinking that essential water.

Day Six: On day six your 7 day soup diet consists of meat and lots of vegetables. You are allowed up to three steaks, and all the leafy type vegetables you want, along with your soup and 9 glasses of water.

The final day of the 7 days soup diet plan include brown rice, vegetables and fruits juice that are not sweet. It is for certain that your weight had drop by 10 to 17 pounds by now. Even though effective for weight loss, the 7 days soup diet is nourishing and healthy as well. However to ensure that the weight loss is permanent, exercise regularly and not just rely on the 7 days soup diet.
