The Truth About The Most Expensive Anti Wrinkle Creams

The most expensive anti-wrinkle creams are often presented to the public in fancy packing and containers to catch your eye as you go along. While many of these products make legitimate claims and are good for your skin, there are still others in the expensive price range that makes claims that they are the best or they have the best ingredients in them.

Manufacturers are often in such a rush to get their products on the shelves and spill a lot of money and time in packaging, marketing, and advertising. So much time and money is put into marketing that some products may not be as thoroughly researched as it should be. Some people believe that with a celebrity endorsement, people will run to buy their product. It's an effective marketing tool as it goes.

You've seen the ads and infomercials and often will mention a well-known product as being of far less benefit than their brand new products. Some might claim immediate results if you use this product. You buy it and apply it and you really can see an improvement. After you wash your face, you see the results only show when the product is worn. If you are content with the above, then its fine, but most people want results that will keep their skin younger looking longer and for the long term.

When it comes to healthy food, we have been advised to read the labels and know the ingredients. Here it comes again read the label people! There are good ingredients in the most expensive anti-wrinkle creams and ingredients that if you really know what they were, you'd be outraged.

Phytessence Wakame is from the Japanese Sea. It works to block a harmful enzyme called hyaluronidase. This enzyme destroys the hyaluronic acid in your skin. Hyaluronic acid holds the fibers of collagen and elastin together. It is also beneficial in tissue repair.

Cynergy TK is a new substance. It is unique in that it helps your body to re-grow its own collagen and elastin. It helps to keep your skin firmer and more flexible. It also helps the skin to keep the essential moisture it needs

CoQ10 is also called Coenzyme Q10. This is a powerful antioxidant that attacks the free radicals in your skin. There are few different forms of CoQ10 and in this form it can't penetrate the skin. Not to worry though, there is a nano-emulsified form of CoQ10 called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10. In this form it is very effective and easily penetrates the skin up to 7 layers deep. This results in a reduction of the signs of aging and makes your skin brighter and healthier.

These three ingredients together form the strongest skin care compounds currently available. If they are present, they must be present in high concentrations for the maximum benefits. This could be found on the product label.

There are a number of harmful ingredients, some of which come in many different forms.

Parabens including butyl and ethyl parabens are used as a preservative to prolong the shelf life of their products. There is evidence that says it may cause cancer or interfere with your endocrine system. They can also irritate the skin and rashes may develop.

Alcohols including ethanol, methanol, and isopropyl alcohol tend to dry out the skin. The skin can become irritated. They tend to strip away the skins natural acid mantle. This could expose you to more viruses, bacteria, and moulds.

Dioxane is another substance that in the state of California is known to have caused cancer. Some manufacturers still use these ingredients. To think that many of us unknowingly are putting them onto our skin is quite scary indeed.

The truth then about the most expensive anti-wrinkle creams is that some just don't do what they were made to do, others may have harmful ingredients, but there are many expensive skin care products that really do exactly what they say they do. Just be aware of the harmful ingredients some may contain. It will greatly benefit your skin in the long term to learn about skin care products as a whole and which ingredients truly will benefit your skin health.
