12 Days of Diet, a body toning diet

With the urban lifestyle obesity is seen to be a major problem now. If you are having obesity then read this article on 12 days diet carefully and get rid of obesity forever. This 12 days diet journey will surely help you to loose extra fats from your body.

On the first day of 12 days diet journey, you will have to remove all edibles completely from your daily routine which contain high amount of fats and oils so that the 12 day diet journey may succeed.

On that first day set your alarm clock an hour earlier and get up and talk a walk. This gets the metabolism moving. For breakfast eat two pieces of toast with tea. For lunch have a tossed salad. For your mid day snack have a cup of tea and maybe three biscuits. For you supper have your favorite Chinese meal. When you have finished eating, take a twenty minute walk; never lie down after eating. You will continue this same routine for the next three days of the 12 days diet.

The fourth day of the 12 days diet plan requires a 30 minutes exercise program. After that, have a cup of tea and 3 toast for breakfast. For lunch, take only food which has no fats or oils. And in the evening, just have a glass of milk. Supper will consist of only an apple. Then take a 30 minutes walk before bedtime.

Upon completion of day four of the 12 days diet plan, you will start to see some nice changes in your figure.

On 5th day of 12 days diet journey, do aerobic exercise for 45 minutes. Running is the best aerobic exercise. Take a tea cup with 3 toasts. At noon, eat a Chinese meal and come up and down the stairs at least 5 times without a break. It is one of the good aerobic exercises. You need to eat something which contains fewer amounts of fats and oils in your supper and again, run for 20 minutes. It will be end of 5th day of 12 days diet journey. Continue this routine till 10th day of 12 days diet journey.

On 11th and 12th day of 12 days diet journey, get up and do aerobic exercise for 45 minutes. Take a cup of tea with 3 toasts. At noon, eat salad and in the evening, play squash for half hour and at night, eat supper having healthy but low fats and edible oils and walk for some time during the night.

12 days diet Journey ends with this leaving pleasant changes in your body.
