The Real Anti Aging Skin Care Process

Aug 4, 2008
A lot of people cringe when they hear the word old or aging. They simply cannot accept their fate that they are going to get old and start aging. In face, they want to do all they can to reverse the process as much as possible. To be completely honest, we start to age simply because we do not take proper care of our bodies and our skin and we end up suffering the consequences that follow our lack of judgment.

The most important concern that both men and women are facing is skin aging especially around the face. Our faces are the first thing that people see and we don't want wrinkles, spots, or lines giving away our true age. There are, however, a few things that you can do to help take care of your skin today, sort of like and anti aging formula, that will help you have better, healthier skin.

- First, you should try to avoid the sun like the plague. The harmful UV rays that the sun releases are the number one cause of skin damage and pre-mature skin aging.

- You should always wear sunscreen even if you are not planning on being in the sun for very long. Most stores carry a generic skin moisturizer that has low levels of sunscreen in it. This would be a great choice for daily protection.

- Cleanse, tone, and moisturize twice daily. Having a daily routine to take care of your skin will greatly help it stay young and fresh and the eyes of those around you.

- If you happen to use any product that claims to be an anti aging product, use one that is all natural and has ingredients like CynergyTk. These types of products increase the amount of elastin found in your skin.

- You should always take a good multi vitamin every day. You can find quality multi vitamins for cheap at stores like Costco or Sams Club. These vitamins give your body the anti oxidants that it needs to stay healthy.

- Did your mother or father every force you to eat your fruits and veggies? Well, if they did, you better start forcing yourself to eat these on a daily basis.

- Drink lots and lots of water to keep your skin hydrated. Plan on drinking about 6-10 glasses of water every day.

- You need to exercise regularly to keep your skin firm and let the blood flow more freely throughout your body.

These are some of the most helpful tips to keep your skin looking healthy and young.
