11 tips for losing weight, fast and safe

How are you looking to change your body? People have many different ideas on what the perfect body is, and because of this, there are many different diets to best achieve your desired results. If you want a bulky, heavily muscled and just plain big body, then you would want to use a special diet and exercises routine to get the largest gain possible. If you are in the opposite state of mind, thinking that a svelte toned and lean body is more for you, then you would use a very specific diet and exercise routine that is highly different from the bulky muscle plan.

Maybe you want to get ripped. You want to get huge muscles, and be the biggest guy around! You want the ability to take on anyone. To do this, you should always think about these tips while pursuing your goals.

1. Protein and a low fat diet are your friend

2. If you're trying to get huge, biceps, chest, shoulders, etc then you can consider a high calorie gainer type protein. The added calories will allow your muscles to flourish.

3. If you don't want to get huge, stay away from the gainers, stick to low carb/low cal powder

4. Do not exercise the same muscles every day. Alternate between muscle groups every other day.

5. Don't try to out bench the strongest guy at the gym your first time. Start at an appropriate weight, there's no shame in not lifting a lot. Everyone has to start somewhere.

6. Remember, this takes time!

That's all well and good if you're trying to become huge, but if you want to have a more toned, slim athletic look, then you want do things very differently

1. Eating a lot of protein while staying away from fat is very important still, but you simple carbohydrates. They break down easier than complex carbs, and give you sustained energy over a long period of time

2. Again, stay away from any high calorie foods or supplements

3. The main focus of your workout should definitely be cardio exercise. They key is to get your heart rate up and keep it there. This promotes fat loss all over your body, something that is key to getting ripped abs

4. Lifting weights is still a good idea as it burns a ton of fat, but don't expect to get really big guns if you're mainly doing cardio.

5. Set goals for yourself, start by running a couple miles a week and work up the distances

To many people who aren't particularly interested in getting either of these results and just want to lose weight, a simpler diet plan will be important. Balance is the key here my friend. Make sure to cut calories and fat, and you should definitely be running as much as possible. If you do all of these things you will see fantastic results.

There is an important rule to losing weight and getting fit, and that is to stay focused. Interestingly enough this rule is important to getting what you want in every facet of your life. Persistence will give you results. If you don't think your diet plan is working, you're probably expecting results too fast. If you give it some time you will see a change.
