Tips To Avoid Stress And Age Gracefully

The minute you are born your skin begins to age. That initial one year of baby soft skin is what you desire through your life. But the internal and external factors combined make sure that skin does not retain that baby softness. The internal factors are genetic factors that you inherit and you cannot do anything about it. These factors are beyond your control and you are better off ignoring them.

The external factors are which you can control and the fact of the matter is that it is these external factors that cause more damage to your skin than the internal factors. The combined affect of exposure to sun, dust particles, water cause your skin to age. The other factors that cause your skin top age are your eating habits and lifestyle. Lifestyle in fact plays a big part in your skin being healthy.

Lifestyle includes a variety of things to consider but two things are or prime importance and these are stress and exercise.

To some extent stress and exercise are interrelated. First let us take a look at what stress does to your skin. It cause furrows in the forehead. Stress causes those dark circles under your eyes and lines near your eyes. A lot of people get those droopy eyelids because of the stress. Baldness can occur because of the stress and also that tired look on the face is result of the stress.

Lack of exercise in your lifestyle also causes the damage. In fact the primary reason that a lot of other factors take toll ion the body is that lack of exercise. Excise can negate the affects of stress or unhealthy eating. If you exercise regularly you will feel less of stress and the body is well prepared to take on that extra stress. There are ways and methods to avoid stress and you need to practice those to make sure that you age gracefully without those wrinkles and lines on your face destroying your beauty.

So make sure that you take care of your skin in a proactive manner. Avoid stress as much as possible. Exercise regularly and stay fit. The last resort that you can take is to go for artificial methods to get that youthful look.

Even after all these above suggestions it is imperative that the eating habits should be good for achieveing that good skin health. The next best thing is exercise whihc keeps you fit and healthy. Exercises help as they get the body to shed of excess fat and bad toxins from the body.Water is another major thing thta you can have as many times as possible during the day to help you look beautiful with good skin. Aprt form all these skin gets affected by lack of sleep and it is very importnat to get good sleep. Lack of sleep ususally causes the skin to look wrinkled and aged.
These tips along with medical treatment will help you get good skin for years to come.
