Network Marketing Leads, something that's essential for you to build and maintain a successful, profitable business. What is a lead? A Network Marketing Lead is a list of potential customers or potential recruits. How important is it for you to have a lead? It is vital for your business and the growth of your business for you to have leads. No leads. No sales. No recruits. Are you seeing a pattern here?
If you are approaching a network marketing plan with no strategy or no lead you are in the middle of an ocean in a boat with not paddle. Nice image? Not really. Now imagine the sharks that are surrounding you. Those are the other representatives that are using smart business practices and generating lists of marketing leads and going with it. They are in the business to be successful and the truth is, they are probably contacting or have already contacted a lead that you knew simply because you have not taken the time to plan an attack or generate a list of leads.

Seem a little harsh? Well, sometimes business is harsh. And the sharks surrounding you aren't always vicious. They are people with the same dream you have. They want to experience successful network marketing business and hopefully make a lot of money. The difference is they are following those leads and you are in your boat in the ocean without a paddle. Don't worry, however, the sharks won't circle you long if they realize you have no plan, they'll circle and eat everything around you and then move on to a more plentiful section of the ocean. Are you getting my drift? So it's important to plan and follow those leads.

Now that I have your attention how do you generate a network marketing lead? Good question. The first step is to sit down and brainstorm with a friend or spouse. Think of everyone you know well and even by association. Make a list, write their names down and where you can contact them at and even when. Leave a space for you to jot down results of the contact that way you will have data for later use and a list on their answer. You might think you can remember everyone's answer off hand and if you can, your list is too short, add more people! Remember the sharks.

If they are interesting in listening to your sales pitch ask them to bring at least 2 other people to listen to it as well. See how the word is spreading fast? If they aren't interested, ask them to make a referral or the name of someone who they think might be interested. After you have hit this territory, many companies buy leads from marketing companies. You might want to go this route depending on the company you are with and their policies.
