How The Law Of Attrtaction Will Hurt Your Network Marketing Business

The effect of the attraction marketing process has been felt far and wide within the network marketing industry as more people discover the wide reaching benefits of using the internet to base the bulk of their attraction marketing campaigns on.

Yet, while there is an established blueprint to follow, the 80/20 rule is still apparent with many network marketers in pause mode because of paralysis analysis or lack of action.

Cause And Effect

The simple truth is, if you don't action in network marketing nothing will happen. So what's the problem? Is it the self belief and law of attraction principles being taught to motivator team members?

Well, in a nutshell, it may certainly be responsible to a great extent with many followers of the law of attraction forgetting one simple rule...you still need to take action.

A successful network marketing business is built on a plan of cause and effect. It is not built by manufacturing it out of thin air.

This concept is so misunderstood by the masses who need to realize yes, it's great to think prosperous thoughts and be positive within your mind but simply thinking of something constantly is not going to build a website or a blog for you.

You can be given the light switch but you need to turn it on to get the light. In other words, by following up your thought process with the accompanying action on a consistent basis will get you results.

There's an old story about a gentlemen who believed in the law of attraction and dreamed of winning the lottery. When he died and arrived at the Pearly Gates he asked St. Peter..."Why didn't I win the lottery?"...to which St Peter replied..."First you need to buy a ticket!"

This is a mentality which affects to many with a network marketing business. Here's a trick for those with a renegade streak which will get your business up and running and in growth mode:

1. Write down a list of the things you need to do in your business which will help it grow.

2. At the beginning of the week, pick one of those things and make it your main focus for the week.

3. The next week, follow the same process and do this for a month.

So as a renegade network marketer your list may look something like this:

- build a website
- build a blog
- build and promote a Squidoo Lens
- build and promote a Hub Page
- build and promote a Wikidot page
- write articles and submit them to article directories
- find related blogs and leave helpful comments on them

Do you see where we are going with this? By actioning a specific task and completing it each week do you think by the end of six months you have built yourself some presence online.

It's all about cause effect. Whatever business building task you do today, no matter how small, will impact your business in a positive way somewhere down the track.

When you have tons of these small business building tasks completed then suddenly a small trickle can turn into a raging torrent. But you have to take the action. It's the power of cause and effect.
