There are a few warning signs that a person is experiencing in an emotional and relationship. In such cases a person requires an immediate help and the signs include a person not being able to cope with his daily chores and responsibilities, his words make no sense, he threatens or harms himself, or harm someone,he becomes too destructive at home and inrelationships.

If one observes any of these behavioral signs then there are sources to help and give you the information. Many places have a crises hotline. In some towns there are hospitals or medical centers that help in treating the cases.

Nervous Breakdown
A person faces innumerable problems in his day to day life. Problems relating to money, relationship, at work or any other reason might leave a person in an anxious state of mind. He feels depressed and at times stressed out too. When this increases and goes beyond control, he is stressed and feels depressed and this leads to a nervous breakdown.

Nervous breakdown can affect even teenagers who also tend to face problems in their academics and if a teenager has an affair not is worried about the relationship due to some reason. Pressure in teenagers is the most common and a serious problem that a teen may be dealing with.

They are pressurized by their friends to consume alcohol or try drugs and are forced to indulge in the sexual activities etc. These things may be very new to a teen. One can presume the pressure a teen is facing under the strain of all these forces at such a young age.

Teenage nervous breakdown
Negative feelings depict the deep emotional issues. This depression observed at the teenage stage is termed as teenage nervous breakdown. The depression might also lead to self destruction in some. If a child is having some problems to cope up with his peers and is displaying a strange behavior then one has to consider this a serious problem. This may be an early onset of mental disorder.

One can observe a change in behavior of the person. They may smile some moment and the very next moment he may be sad or even crying and this sudden emotional change may be a sign of disorder.

Causes of mental disorders in teens
When a child reaches the high school he has to face new challenges and if he is of the type who easily becomes tensed and stresses then this can lead to nervous breakdown. The adolescent faces with a number of problems and innumerable pressures at this stage of life.

There is pressure in school due to the faster academic pace and more and more complex subjects. Sometimes this may lead to stress in a child and thus leading to disorders. If there are some major problems a teen has been facing at home as well as at school or college, then the possibility and chances of a teen suffering from nervous breakdown elevate. All these situations put him under pressure and finally it results in a nervous breakdown.

The Effects Of Stress On Mental Health
When too much of stress sets in a person, there are possibilities that he will stop functioning normally. A person is exposed to an unrelenting severe stress is bound to experience a breakdown. This can be observed by his behavior. The main feature of a breakdown usually involves some sudden breakdown in the thinking process of that person.

This means that an individual who usually follows a set pattern of behaviors will suddenly break away from their routine. Person day to day duties are affected and become worst as days pass.

The person with mental breakdown tends to lose the interest and the ability to function as a normal person. He tries to avoid communicating with his family and friends. At times, they are even unable to eat or even dress properly. It is thus obvious that this person is experiencing a nervous breakdown.

Effect of stress on mental health
Sometimes severe stress, anxiety and depression can lead to mental disorders in people. Modern life is full of tensions and worries. Stress at some point of life is bound to set in. Once this stress goes on increasing there is a possibility that the person might suffer from some mental and physical abnormalities.

Stress management and stress relief are some of the stress reducing techniques that people follow these days to reduce the stress levels.

One cannot avoid or ignore stress in one's life. One may be suffering from stress due to various reasons that include work pressure, changing weather, relationships, financial problems and family. It has been found that almost every person is stressed due to one or more of the above reasons. To achieve stress relief, stress management has become really important.

Stress is not a disease but you should consider this fact that in today's scenario, stress is the root cause of some major health hazards. Depression, acidity and even heart attack are rooted in stress. Stress relief will definitely decrease the chances of these ailments.

Experts are of the opinion that stress reduction is in our hands. There are a number of stress reducing institutions that help people suffering from stress and help one in getting relief from stress and let the body and mind relax.

Tips to reduce stress
Exercise regularly because when a person exercises the body is relaxed. Maintain a balance between rest and work. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and a proper diet as it is essential for effective stress management.

Communication is another important thing. By talking to others one can share the thoughts and feelings with family and friends and this has always helped in the reduction of stress.

Even if you are all alone the stress increases.Prayers and meditation are some of the best techniques of stress reduction. Many people are being benefited from this as it helps one to pacify one's mind and relax. There are different levels of stress and it's always better to get rid of this problem until it reaches to a graver level and requires a treatment.

Guide To The Treatments For Depression
The depression is the mental status of a person when the imbalance of the mind exists. The treatment of the depression is very necessary otherwise it can give serious results at the same moment. It is the imbalanced state of the mind which persists in the person who is burdened with a lot of work.

There are various methods for the cure of such depression and this gives him a sense of relaxation. When the person is overburdened and gets frustrated, at that moment he realizes that he needs to get medicated for this purpose.

Types of depression
The different types of depression are categorized below accompanied with its features:

Major depression or clinical depression: This is mainly found in most of the persons whose level of the stress increases drastically. He or she feels disinterested in the work and then cannot carry the weight on their shoulders. So they feel the way towards the success is unachievable and thus the thinking process leads to negation.

Atypical depression: the variation of the depression is found in this state of mind. He is unable to do any type of work and lags behind where he misses out all his opportunities. He cannot experience his agony and mental pain and then the results are followed with oversleeping and weight gain.

Psychotic depression: With the increase in the level of depression the persons controlling and managing level decreases. And at last he gets frustrated. It results in the hallucination and schizophrenia.

Dysthymia: The melancholy mood of the person at this point of time is irresistible and he is not able to control his mental agony. The shifts of the mind of the person undergo a tremendous change.

Manic depression: When the person is burdened with too much of work then he or she suffers from anxiety, impatient, irresistible, etc. and their mood changes drastically. They undergo intolerable metal pain. They cannot achieve the state of relaxation.

Treatment
Psychotherapy is a process of resolving and the understanding of own habits. These habits need to be understood by the person as they make his mental position stagnant.

There should be a situation where the person needs to understand himself. All those mistakes that he is committing should be known by him. So for this purpose, he needs to take the proper treatment.

The approach of the treatment should be correct. It can also be cured by following regular medicines that will make his mental status balanced for the certain period of time. It is a true fact that the till the effect of medicine exists the person is out of imbalance of the mind and thus he gets a peace of mind that is temporary.

Even acupuncture treatment will enable to make his state of anxiety lower down. It is because the person, who undergoes such treatment, may avoid the treatment and related medicines. So the option of acupuncture may suit his purpose.

It is performed by the identification of the certain distinct points and then pricking needles at those strategic points. The person who is dealing with such types of patients should make them feel relaxed and keep away from burdening them with a boring routine.
