Comedonal acne is characterized by the prominence of both the whiteheads and blackheads. They are mostly found on the forehead and the chin, although they can appear on certain parts of the face and body too.

Comedones occur when skin follicles are clogged with dead skin cells, dirt, and bacteria. Blackheads are termed open comedones, wherein the grime and dirt are exposed. But more than the things you can use against acne comedoniano, you should also start living a healthy lifestyle. Stop drinking coffees, sodas, and alcoholic beverages. These drinks contain way too much sugar or alcohol that could be harmful to the body. It is better to drink natural fruit juices and healthy teas. Oily, salty, and sugary foods should also be taken out of your diet.
