I Worked Out How To Lose 30 Pounds In 2 Weeks

If you have a need to shed some pounds fast, read on and find out what steps I took to make me trim, taught and terrific. By needing to get rid of the extra weight I was carrying, I discovered how lose 30 pounds fast.

Idea 1. Every day at work, I am required to go between floors all day, so instead of taking the elevator, I took the stairs instead. That way I worked out on my bosses time and while he paid for it.

Idea 2. My dog thanked me all the way to the park, as I walked him every day instead of twice a week. I also took a ball to the park - my dog loved it.

Idea 3. I decided every single morning I would eat something for breakfast. I usually didn't eat this meal, however I knew that by eating breakfast it gets your metabolism going for the day making you burn more calories from early in the day. Another big help while I was working on how lose 30 pounds fast.

Idea 4. I stopped eating lunch and dinner like I was used to, and instead made sure I ate 6 meals every day. The meals were smaller, but this is when I ate:

a. breaky

b. morning tea

c. mid day lunch

d. snack or meal mid afternoon

e evening meal

f. supper

In total - the amount of food I ate was still the same - just spaced out differently.

Idea 5. I only allowed myself a treat after I had eaten a healthy meal containing lots of vegetables and a lean piece of meat. The treat I allowed myself was something I felt I could not get by without, however I halved what I would normally have eaten, and kept the second half for another time.

Idea 6. I made sure I had lots of healthy snack type foods available, so that when I felt like snacking, I had lots of healthy options. This mainly consisted of fruit, dried fruit and nuts. This idea I feel was quite significant when working out how lose 30 pounds fast.

Idea 7. Drinking lots more water was a major component that helped me. It is good for your body, and it can help to make you feel full.

By combine these things, I discovered how lose 30 pounds with very little change in my everyday life. I kept this up for 2 weeks, and the weight just melted off me. I was so motivated that I then implemented a longer term approach to weight control.
