Giving Up Smoking: Advices For Preparation of the Smoker to Give Up

Can you help me make you quit smoking today and forever?

Can you decide strictly and insisting to give up smoking and try hardly to avoid passive suppressive ideas.

Write a list of all causes of your desire to give up smoking, then read one of the causes (several times every night before sleeping).

In addition to keep your health and your obligation in front of others to give up, establish other strong and personal causes that push you to give up smoking.

Start to prepare your body by moderate sport, drink more liquids, take enough amount of sleeping and finally avoiding exhaustion and severe fatigue.

You have to understand what you are going to do (correct your expectations):

1- Let your imaginations be realistic: As giving up is not easy but it is not impossible also, there is millions of smokers give up smoking every year.

2- You have to understand that giving up smoking symptoms are temporary and they are healthy and good symptoms indicate that the body passes by treatment and recovery stage after long period of exposure to nicotine and smoke poisons. These symptoms start after 24 hours of giving up smoking.

3- Most of regression cases occur in the first weeks since giving up smoking and this is due to junking of the body to the nicotine, so you have to be prepared psychologically to over come this difficult period and be helped by all who can help you of the family or relatives or friends till this critic period is ended.

Share somebody else with you:

1-Challenge one of your friends that you will give up smoking on the day you determine.

2-Ask a friend to give up smoking with you.

3-Tell your family and friends by your tend to give up smoking on the day you choose.

you have to change your daily system and your life routine:

1- Brush your teeth after the meal directly and walk on foot.

2- Change the work's order you do on your day specially in the morning so advance some of them in front of others.

3- Don't sit in your favorite seat to smoke.

4- Take your food in a different place.

Take the positive ideas:

1- If the destructive ideas and calling for beat and failure came to your mind so you have to remember your self that you are non smoker now and you have the good causes to give up smoking.

2- Look around your self to the persons who do not smoke and remember your self that they live a healthy life and feel happy and free without smoking.

Use the helping means for relaxation:

1- Take deep and slow breaths while counting to number five then expire slowly also.

2- If you cannot concentrate do not feel despair as you will be able nearly.

in conclusion:

Share with your family and friends. Be patient and think positively. You have to change your daily system and your life routine. So you can quit smoking forever.

your health is valuable and to poisoning it by smoking is just a catastrophic matter to do. Trust me on this.
