Mistakes made by non-newbies are usually different from the mistakes made by the newbies. In this article, we are going to discuss some of those 'advanced' mistakes.

If you are a leader or an upline, never pass on any negative information to a newbie or downline. In network marketing, people join because they want to join you not an opportunity. They believe in what you say about this business and will lose confidence in you if you pass negative and they in turn will pass negative to their downline.

If you, as a leader or upline, have negative things to say, than say them to your upline. Pass good news down and bad new up. Truth be known, most negative things said are not necessarily true but who has the time to search for the truth. Usually negative things are based on emotions or myths and your downline will need the right information and not the wrong ideas.

What if you are a leader and have quite a few downlines through the country. Attending meetings and rallies cost money, no matter how rich you are. When the promised amount of people do not show up to a rally after the leader has spent a great deal of money to entertain them and only one actually signs up, the trip was very costly to the upline.

Another costly mistake is spending all of your money on cars and houses while working for an unstable network market company. You may have many leaders under you and many downlines under the leaders, but the next day is not a guaranteed success or life to anyone. Someone else will have to take on your reasonability if the worst case scenario plays out. It is always good to save for a rainy day and not spend too much.

Keeping negative information heading towards the uplines in a networking marketing company and reigning in your spending habits are two of the common mistakes that non-newbies will have to avoid when working for a network marketing company. Only by doing this will your downlines view you as a successful leader and your upline have knowledge of any less than productive information being circulated that will need some "damage control" in order for your network marketing company to keep heading in the right direction of financial success. Making sure that your financial assests are not put in one basket and wooing potential buyers doesn't break your financial bank will guarantee an income that has nowhere to grow but up.
