6 Swift Bad Breath Remedies You Can Use When You Are Not At Home

There is one problem that plagues each and every one of us, bad breath. We all have to deal with it at one point in time, whether we have just eaten a meal or have bad sinus infection. There are many bad breath remedies you can apply at home that will help you reduce your halitosis problem.

One thing that can help, you can use parsley to make your breath small better. Parsley works well because it contains a substance that kills the bad breath germs. That substance is called chlorophyll. Since parsley is usually served to you with your meals when you are eating out, to get rid of your bad breath just eat the parsley. You can also turn this into a mouth wash by grinding up 4 branches and adding it to 2 cups of boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. When the water cools off, you will have an effective germ killing mouth wash.

Fenugreek is another herb remedy for removing bad breath. This is an herb that you can drink as a tea to help clear up the bad odor in your mouth. You can brew your own tea by soaking a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in about 1 liter of water for 20 minutes. Then all you need to do is strain the seeds out and drink is as either hot or cold tea.

You can also use baking soda for a bad breath remedy. This is the most effective of all the remedies because most of the germs that are living in your mouth can be found on your tongue. Even when you brush your teeth, these germs can remain and will cause your breath to stink. Using this remedy is very easy. All you need to do is place some on your toothbrush and scrub the tongue gently.

Another versatile herb that can be used to treat many diseases and even combat bad breath is myrrh. This herb has been known to help cure gingivitis, alleviate cold symptoms in the mouth, alleviate cold symptoms in the throat, and is a great gum disease treatment. There is no need to cook up any remedy because you can just buy it in liquid form and it is ready to use. To use myrrh to freshen your breath you just place a couple of drops onto your finger and rub it all over your gums and teeth. It is also helpful to cure any sores you have and all you need to do is apply some myrrh to the infected area.

Another food item that can treat your bad breath is the hazelnut, which is also known as the filbert. This tip works great for people who have a busy schedule and are always on the run. This nut actually absorbs the order in your mouth and makes it smell better. All you need to do is carry some with you and eat them slowly when you want to get rid of bad breath.

When you are in need of a quick fix for your bad breath after eating out, just suck on some lemons. All you need to do is sprinkle some salt on a lemon wedge and suck on it. This is the best bad breath cure when you are eating out and can not get to a toothbrush. Not many can stand to suck on a lemon because it is so sour, but it is well worth it when it eradicates your bad breath.

Sometimes when you are going out to lunch with your co-workers or friends, you can get bad breath after you eat. Then you spend the rest of the day hiding or not getting too close when you talk to everyone else. This can all be avoided by using any of these bad breath remedies: myrrh, parsley, lemons, fenugreek, hazelnuts, and baking soda. Just remember these easy remedies and you will be able to keep your breath smelling fresh the next time you eat out.
