Self Made Nutritionist

Sep 13, 2008
My entire life my dad has had some serious health problems. He worked in an industrial plant for 21 years and believe me it has some side affects. Currently he is very healthy. Short of his diabetic diagnosis this last summer he is doing very well, even with being diagnosed. He is 62 years of age and has Asthma and Diabetes. His blood pressure is low and his weight is normal for someone of his age. Now I am sure you are wondering why I am telling you this. The reason why is because the person I am talking about is a self taught nutritionist. He has read every book you can imagine about nutrients and vitamins. He swears by the stuff. Personally, I never really had to worry about it. I mean I was an athletic kid, involved in a lot of sports and rarely ate healthy yet my performance on and off of the field was great! Now, I am older and I am starting to see what he was talking about all of those times when he said, "Son, your body is going to catch up with you one of these days and I will be healthier than you are!" Well, two months ago he proved his point. He actually weighed less than I did, was in better shape and at the ripe old age of 22 I realized that maybe my diet and what not needed to change. I am proud to say that I have lost 35 pounds which is a lot for my size and I feel great. I didn't do it alone though. Weight loss isn't something that just happened for me. I worked hard, ate right, and eventually even with this desk job I am closing in on my target weight.

Now let us say you want to maybe have the small success that I have had, or maybe you are looking to just feel better and be more energized. Either way there are a few things that you can do to help make your goal. One of the smartest things that you can do is to go out there and find some great deals on vitamins. I personally take about 16 pills a day. Between my flaxseed and fish oil and God knows how many others it tends to be a mouthful every morning and right before I go to bed. But I will let you know that my energy level has increased dramatically which in turn speeds up the metabolism slightly. Also, I don't consume the 3 to 4 cups of coffee and/or energy drinks in the morning to get me out of the lethargic state that I used to be in until 10:00 AM every day. I love saving the money on the caffeine but I am sure your thinking, "Well, yeah you are saving money but you're spending it back on the vitamins." Which in the past I have been, but now I have a little secret. Something that I am glad to share with you and whomever you decide to tell.

The secret is Vitanet. They absolutely rock when it comes to discounts on Vitamins. Every page on their website has a discount of some sort, somewhere it seems like. I really enjoy the service that they provide as well. The online service that I have had from them is second to none. I mean, they should be pretty good. They have been doing it for twelve plus years now. You can simply go online and look up the Vitanet site by going to vitanetonline.com/ and you can make your own account so that things are easier the next time that you run out! Not to mention the fact that they have over 17,000 different types of selection to make your body either look or feel better, get smaller or get bigger, and to work better and work longer.

Let us say that you did go to the website but are not sure which products you would like and/or need. Or possibly you see an ad on television and you're looking for it at a discount price? Check out the look by letter section on the Vitanet website. It is so handy because if my dad decides to send me emails with a new supplement that he thinks that I should look into, which he does all of the time, I can simply go to my vitanetonline.com/ bookmark on my computer and just look up how much cheaper it is than how he got it. Then it makes a good birthday or Christmas gift too! Dad doesn't really understand the whole internet scenario very well so most of the time I order his antioxidants and vitamins and just send him them. It is a great way for us to stay in communication now that I live further away than before.

I guess what I am trying to say is that vitamins have really helped out my family on more than one occasion. We get to enjoy life more and feel better doing it. The weight loss between my dad and I has added up to over 150 pounds. Yes, he lost more than I did but I still did my part. Also, Vitanet did their part as a company and as a friend to help both of us out. The best part is that it was easy, painless, and makes every day that much easier. Life isn't a drag like it used to be, energy is way under valued and with all of the fast food and junk food around, believe it or not, it really slows you down. Being healthy is a life choice. Not just changing your life but changing others as well. I know my dad won't be around forever, but I am glad to know that he will be around for quite some time because he is healthy, and taking care of his life and himself. I owe a big portion of that to Vitanet. A lot more than what I do pay them, which isn't that much considering their 49% off of the MSRP price. So I guess I would say thank you Vitanet, and thank you for reading this and I seriously do hope you take it to heart, maybe if not for you, but your dad or mom or whomever.
