Try to eat regularly throughout the day to help get enough calories, aim to eat a small, well-balanced meal every three hours. This will make sure you have the best consequences you perhaps can get. This is all that is necessary of a bulk up diet. You need to always be calibrating to find the sugary spot and put on the power. You want to add bulk by increasing your lean body mass, not by increasing your body fat.
