New Zealand v South Africa on February 17

* New Zealand play South Africa in a one-off Twenty20 in Auckland on Friday and a five-match ODI series starting in Hamilton beginning on Sunday, February 19. South Africa travels to New Zealand for a full-fledged series. The tour comprises of 5 ODIs, 1 T20 International and three Test matches. The two teams will face-off in limited overs first and then in the longest format of the game. It will be a challenging tour for South Africa. Nonetheless, it is going to an interesting one month of cricket. South Africa for sure are one the entertaining sides in the world cricket, and they will be up for this challenge.

* Best economical pick - With green tops on offer, the series will be a battle between talented pacers from both the sides. Trent Boult, who finished the Australian series with 8 wickets off just 2 matches with a six-fer in the last odi, is key along with Tim Southee for the hosts.

* Top captains & vice captains - This could be the last time we see AB de Villiers on New Zealand and the great right hander will be looking to avenge his last trip down under (don't mention the World Cup!). 24 ODI hundreds at an average of 53.69 and striking at 99.95 - need we say more? A genius not to be missed. Possibly the hottest young talent in world cricket at the moment. Quinton de Kock's fearless striking at the top of the order and tidy glove work have seen him establish himself as a mainstay in the Proteas line-up across all three formats. The 24-year-old already has 12 centuries to his name and will be looking to get the visitors off to a flyer in the shorter formats while adding some counter punch down the order in the Tests.

* Smart pick - With the plethora of headline acts in the Proteas line-up, it's easy to forget that they possess the new number one T20I bowler in the world. Leg spinner Imran Tahir flies under the radar on the squad sheet, but he's sure to be a full on nuisance to the BLACKCAPS batsmen in the all-important middle overs.

* Cautions Pick - It will be interesting to see how Corey Anderson copes with the South African pacers, considering he was performed very poor against Bangladesh and Australia not too long ago as his technique was found wanting.
