How do you get one of those cool ringtones on your cellphone?
In these times, almost everyone has asked themselves why they should buy a ringtone for their cell phone. Most people buy ring tones for their cell phones because they either do not like the cell phone ring tones that come pre-programmed on the cell phone or they like to have the diversity of a variety of ring tones on their phone and they can change the ring tones based upon their respective moods or based upon the individual caller that is calling.
Before downloading a ring tone, people should investigate several things about ring tones. These few issues can make a big difference on which ring tone - if any - to purchase and download on their cell phone.
Figure out whether the ring tone is a downloadable ring tone (which is rarely free) or if the ring tone is actually free. Most cell phones come with a set of ring tones that are already programmed into the cell phone and those are truly free. When you are researching the ringtones to determine if they are free, then please always look for the fine print. Often companies will state that the ring tones are free with a monthly subscription to their services - which obviously makes the ring tones not free.
Determine whether or not the ring tones are compatible with your cell phone and cell phone service. This can be very tricky and often websites will not inform the consumer if the cell phone ringtone is incompatible with your cell phone. Usually you can find this information on a link at the website or in the fine print on the website. If you cannot find this information on the website, then I would recommend contacting the company on their respective site - usually the contact us link.
