This is precisely why you want to build your business with integrity and honesty.

It is dumbfounding how many web sites say whatever they can to generate a sell. These web sites will feed you lies about how you can get rich overnight or make money with a fully automated system that does everything for you. If that were the case, why wouldn't everyone buy a system that makes them rich?

Although it may deter some people from purchasing from you or joining your program, you want to be upfront and honest with everyone. Tell them it is going to be difficult and requires a lot of hard work to succeed. While this will scare some away, you only want people on your team that are willing to work anyway.

As for prospects looking to purchase from you, honesty and integrity will attract them. People respect business owners who are honest and willing to tell the truth. It shows that you care about your prospects and are not willing to do anything just to get a sell.

Not only will honesty get you customer, it will also get you return customers. As soon as you build up a list of quality customers, you will be on your way to running a successful online business. What will happen is these customers will refer you to their friends who will in turn refer you to their friends. It really is a chain reaction and before you know it, you will have hundreds of thousands of people coming to check out your services.

While there are several important facets to running a business online, customer service is among the top. Give people the respect they deserve and do not feed them a bunch of lies. Your goal should be to serve people what they are looking for with honesty and integrity. In doing so, you will be rewarded greatly.

Nothing good can really come from lying to people. Even if you trick them into buying from you, you can bet that they will spread the word of your poor services. You want people to be talking about how strong your customer service is and how helpful you were. This is what is going to separate your online business from the rest of the crowd.
