God Brings Joy In The Morning
At times people seems to forget how much God is willing to put up with our faults and short comings. One of his promises would suggest that his anger endures only for a moment.
We must remember these things because often times when we offend God, he becomes angry with us, but not so easily provoked towards judgment.
This is why we must study God's word, so we continue to grow in our faith, knowing that he is for us and not against us. As our knowledge grows, we will always remember to show humility and quickly repent from the sins we just committed.
When we do these things, the anger that God has against us, will soon turn to a forgiving peace that he will place on us. Maybe this is why we allow ourselves to continue to weep at night?
We fail to realize that we are not perfect, and we will make mistakes. But when we grab hold of this notion, we must not think that we are no longer accountable for our actions.
I believe this is why our nights of weeping seem to last forever. We take God's gift of grace for granted, and we remain stubborn and make excuses on why we do sinful things. It's like we try to manipulate God, with our puppy dog eyes and crocodile tears.
But you must remember that God knows us better then we know ourselves. So whatever clever type of excuse we try to conjure up, will never be able to cover our real feelings that we are hiding within our hearts.
But for those of us, that decide to humble ourselves and be accountable for our actions. Just remember that whatever God allows us to be tested with, the trial will only last for a moment.
Just like the darkness at night only last for a moment, it will soon give place to the light that comes in the morning.
Tests are put before us, to allow us to gain strength and wisdom from what we are currently going through. These tests help us to find or inner strengths, something we would have never known that we had, if it wasn't for these trials that God put before us.
This is a promise from God, and he will never break a promise he has given you. We are his children and we are privilege to have life, because of his favor. His favor is what gives us happiness.
Just knowing that God loves us, and will never destroy his most precious creation should be very reassuring.
So don't worry, and let yourself get depress behind your faults and short comings. Believe in your God, and let his favor bring you peace and joy in the morning.
