Poverty is as good as bondage and it enslaves not only the body but also the mind. Feeding a hungry man is as good as freeing his mind. We are called upon to undertake as long as we grace this world.
The importance of education to children can never be underestimated. In fact, the biggest gift a society can give the children is good education. Nothing else not even wealth can play a perfect substitute to good education.

Poverty is a close brother of illiteracy. This was confirmed by a study carried out by the organization. The study found out that incidences of illiteracy are highest where the levels of poverty are high.
