Is Our Water Really Clean?

By Aydan Corkern

Do you drink a lot of just plain water? A lot of people don't, and their bodies will start to retain what water you do drink to help safeguard itself. This is the hardest weight gain for you to lose as this is in your muscles and veins. This is why it is so important for you to drink as much water as possible so that your body won't just retain unneeded water. If you don't drink all of this clean water, it will take the water from the things you are drinking and retain this, and it will probably have caffeine from those cups of coffee that you drank in the morning and all the stuff that is in the sodas that you drink during the day. All of this stuff isn't good for your body, and this could be the main reason why you might get the jitters.

Our water needs to be keep clean not only for us but for all living creatures that live in the world. The air we breathe is just as important as the water we drink, and we won't be able to live long without either one of them. We have all kinds of cleaning pools for all of our cities and states, and we pay our city officials wages to run these plants to clean this water every day. If something should happen to any of these plants like salt water from the ocean flooding, then this will make the water in this pond harder to clean. They will have to build a new plant and try to fix this water a different way by removing the salt first. Then they can start the process over again to remove the impurities out of the rest of this bad water.

Our bottled water isn't always better, but if there isn't anything else it is better than nothing and this will keep over time. Always try to keep bottled water on hand in case you need to have some water and you can't get it out of your water pipes in your home. If we should have really bad weather, you will need to be able to have fresh water on you to help you through the wait until someone can get to you, so it is only the best thing to do. Keep some of this bottled water in your home where you can get to it easily.
