There were those who said that swimming improves respiration, this can be true if the pool is free of chlorine. A lot of dangers can be experienced if the swimming pool is already using it as a sanitizer or bacteria killing agent.

Be aware of some facts in order to see if chlorine is really advisable for everyone. Whenever the swimmers fight in competitions they absorb high levels of toxicity during training. Also, children have a capacity to inhale air in a matter of minutes. This would mean they can absorb more chlorine than teenagers and adults.
