In Offline Industries How To Find Online Affiliates and JV's
Some time ago I was asked a very interesting question: "It is very difficult to find online JV partners and affiliates for my business. My business is mainly offline. Can you give me some ideas what to do?" Many people ask this question and because of that I think it is best if I share my answer with them. That's why I wrote this article.
If you find people that are marketing to them offline, then you are the bridge to help bring those people online. So that is going to be a very attractive offer for somebody who primarily maybe focused on marketing to these offline candidates through offline means.
You are now bringing them an opportunity that says, "Hey, I am willing to take care of all of the groundwork, by setting up an online campaign that will teach them about XYZ. Would you be open to possibly being one of my guests, adding a couple of tips or something of that nature"?
Your partners will benefit because you will set up an affiliate campaign and they will receive cash for the traffic they send your way.
The other thing that you may want to do is that they have probably got list of people and they primarily market to them offline. What about putting a proposal to them that you would pay for an offline campaign to their particular customers to drive them through their affiliate links to an online teleseminar?
The method I describe has made miracles for us in the past. The scheme is a win-win situation for both partners, which is a rare case in the beginning of a joint venture. The benefit for your partner is that he or she won't have to pay for the campaign but will profit from everybody who registers via his or her affiliate link.
So now there is no cost plus they gained financially and you win as well because now you are being able to collect names and emails of people who are interested from their particular list.
This campaign will help your partners to realize that online opportunities exist for them, too and hopefully they will opt in to be your affiliates or to create a joint venture with you.
